Once you have purchased your healthcare coverage you receive your membership card in the mail. When you receive your membership card you can then look up the nearest provider for the medical attention you need on our website or if you purchased a provider booklet you can also look up the nearest provider in the booklet as well. Once you arrive at the facility where you need medical services rendered, all you do is show the membership card from our program and the staff from the location will give you further assistance.
